The Ohio Restaurant Association possesses more than 97 years of foodservice industry experience, including assistance with navigating through the Ohio Workers’ Compensation system. Workers’ compensation in Ohio is both challenging to navigate and can be extremely costly if companies fail to follow the rules established by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ (BWC) Compensation.

ORA developed the Ohio Restaurant Association Workers’ Compensation Group Rating Plans, with many aspects from which to choose, there’s a plan that’s right for your organization. Rely on the ORA and our partner, CareWorksComp to help you navigate the system.
