The ServSafe® Manager course is an approved course to meet the criteria for the Ohio Department of Health's Level II certification. The Here's what to expect from a ServSafe Manager’s class, conducted either online or in-person:

1. The exam must be given by a proctor or the course administrator

2. The course administrator submits the class roster and passing scores to the Ohio Department of Health

3. Then the Ohio Department of Health distributes Ohio Level Two certificates – to the exam administrator, who subsequently distributes them to the student.
