Ohio ProStart® Invitational
The annual Ohio ProStart Invitational will be held on January 29 & 30, 2012, in conjunction with the North America Pizza & Ice Cream Show at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. This event has grown into a premier competition for Ohio high school management and culinary arts students who are currently enrolled in Ohio's ProStart® Program. Selected judges are professional industry leaders who have graciously volunteered their time, knowledge and expertise. You can also keep up-to-date on competition news at National Restaurant Association Solutions. Good luck to all teams at the state competition and we look forward to seeing you in Maryland!

This video will illustrate how to fabricate chicken referencing instructions from the ProStart Year 2 textbook. Culinary judges will be instructed to use these resources for judging purposes.
